Yes, It's possible to pull out your earnings from literally any ATM machine in the world! I'm getting cash in my own currency here in Estonia with my ATM debit card that I ordered a few months ago.
How it works:
1.You log in your debit card account online using a secure connection
2.You deposit your e-currency funds (e-gold, liberty reserve, e-bullion etc) onto your card.
3.You go to your local ATM machine, enter your 4 digit pin code and pull cash (in your own currency) out from the wall.
That's it! There are absolutely no hidden fees or anything illegal and/or shady going on with using a debit card like this.
When you first order your debit card you must provide the company a legal document with your picture on it. I used a scanned ID card for example. Of course you have to understand that they're not going to give you a card like this without having any information on you.
